Open space is still required-Vic Urban must provide quality of life to the surrounding residents plus those in new concentrated hubs.
Highett Grassy Woodlands is ready made. An environmental piece of history which could be restored with the help of a community Friends group and money from the would-be developers.
Come on Vic Urban-have a heart and soul. We are richer than ever before in monetary terms but quite health and soul poor.
